Oddytude is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.

Our products are made individually on demand (print-on-demand).

Depending on the delivery address, production takes place either within the European Union or in the United States (Texas) through our production partners.

This approach helps reduce overproduction and supports more sustainable manufacturing.

Due to the individual production process, minor variations (e.g., in color or print placement) may occur.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Oddytude reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

An order is only considered accepted once it has been confirmed by Oddytude and payment has been received and processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible once the order has been accepted.

If we cannot accept or must modify or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact details provided.

Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Return Policy [LINK].

You confirm that purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

All prices are final prices. No VAT is charged in accordance with Section 19 UStG.

Additional costs such as shipping will be clearly indicated during checkout.

For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes may apply unless otherwise stated.

Prices may differ from those in physical stores or third-party platforms.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information and to update your account details as necessary.

You confirm that:

  • charges will be honored by your provider
  • you will pay all applicable charges, including shipping and fees

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership and risk transfer to you once the goods are handed over to the shipping provider.

Depending on your location, products are shipped from the EU or the United States.

For orders within the USA, production and shipping are handled locally, and no additional import duties apply.

All content within the Services—including trademarks, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and design—is the property of Oddytude or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control.

These tools are provided “as is” without warranties or liability.

Use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

Oddytude is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Oddytude.

Shopify is not responsible for transactions, products, or any resulting damages.

Shopify may also process data to provide and improve the Services.

Data may be transferred internationally.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country remain unaffected.
