› How long does shipping take?
Production + shipping usually takes 5-7 business days (international 5-8).
› Which countries do you currently ship to?
We currently ship within the EU and to Switzerland — orders from the USA are printed and shipped in the USA.

› Do I get tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email.
› Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your invoice as a PDF.
› How does a return work?
Please contact us via the contact form. We usually process returns within 2-3 business days after receiving your message.
› What to do in case of manufacturing defects?
Please contact our support (preferably with a photo). We will find a solution quickly.
› How do I properly care for my shirt?
- Wash inside out
- Max. 30°C
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron over the print
› Incorrect address provided – what to do?
Contact support immediately — we will check if a change is still possible before the order goes into production.

Production in Bangladesh, final finishing and refinement in Bavaria, Germany.
