Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your order. As our products are made individually for you (print-on-demand), special return conditions apply.
Returns within the European Union
If your order was delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

Returns outside the EU (especially USA)
For orders outside the European Union, different return conditions apply.
As our products are made to order, we generally only offer returns or refunds in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
Defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at:

Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- photos of the problem
π We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or another suitable solution.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
Voluntary returns outside the EU
If you still wish to return an item (e.g. due to incorrect size), this may be possible after prior agreement.
Please note:
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- returns must be sent to our address in Germany
- shipping costs are non-refundable
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
